Our client is an established and long-term oriented real estate company with its seat in Munich, which develops, manages, and continuously further develops a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The focus lies on sustainable property management, modern working processes, and cooperative collaboration within an experienced team.

To strengthen the financial and property management team, we are looking for a qualified person in (Senior) Rent Accounting and Cost Allocation at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Mietenbuchhaltung (überwiegend Gewerbeimmobilien)
• Erstellung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen einschließlich Plausibilitätsprüfungen
• Verbuchung sämtlicher Miet- und Zahlungsvorgänge sowie Abstimmung der Mietkonten
• Überwachung offener Forderungen und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
• Pflege und Aktualisierung abrechnungsrelevanter Stamm- und Vertragsdaten
• Bearbeitung von Mieteranfragen zu Abrechnungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Property Management
• Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Digitalisierung buchhalterischer Prozesse

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Mietenbuchhaltung und/oder Betriebskostenabrechnung
• Gute Kenntnisse im Mietrecht sowie im Bereich der umlagefähigen Betriebs- und Heizkosten
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen der Immobilienwirtschaft sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Zahlenaffinität sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
