Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

We support companies in the planning, operation, and modernization of their Microsoft infrastructures. From Active Directory to Endpoint Management, to Microsoft 365 and Azure, we manage complex hybrid IT landscapes.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft specialist who is proficient in modern on-premise and cloud technologies and who will further develop our customers' IT together with us.

Responsibilities

• Administration and further development of Microsoft infrastructures
• Operation of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Management of Microsoft 365 and Azure services
• Operation and further development of Microsoft Intune and SCCM
• Administration of Windows Server and Windows Client systems
• Implementation of security and compliance requirements
• Management of user, role, and authorization concepts
• Support of endpoint management and modern workplace solutions
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues
• Participation in customer projects, migration, and transformation initiatives
• Occasional on-site customer assignments or in the data center

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in operating Microsoft infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows Clients
• Experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience with Group Policies, patch management, and endpoint management
• Ideally, know-how in the areas of Microsoft Defender, Hyper-V, monitoring, or automation with PowerShell
• Independent and structured way of working
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Driver's license class B
