Your tasks

  • You are the central interface between business units and IT with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • You analyze requirements from the business and translate them into practical ERP solutions
  • You take on functional responsibility for the further development of Business Central and prioritize requirements and optimizations
  • You manage customizations, international rollouts, and implementation projects
  • You identify potential for digitalization and optimization of business processes
  • You work closely with key users, specialist departments, and other stakeholders
  • You further develop automation solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps
  • You actively drive the continuous improvement of the ERP system landscape


Your profile

  • A vocational training or a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system
  • Experience in a shaping role, for example as a Product Owner, Key User, or Inhouse Consultant
  • A good understanding of business processes and their digital representation
  • The ability to structure requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various stakeholders
  • An analytical, structured, and practice-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English language skills
