Your Tasks

• Consulting the department on the development of new processes

• Independent adaptation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI-J)

• Project activity in projects for further development of Dynamics 365 Sales

• Consulting customers and stakeholders on optimizing business processes

• Translation of technical requirements into IT requirements in D365

• Ensuring high quality during implementation and adaptation of solutions

Must-Have Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI-J)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

• Several years of experience in adapting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

• Secure German language skills

• Willingness to regular on-site presence (approx. 50%, preferably 2-3 days per week)

Can-Have Requirements

• Ability to act independently and at eye level with other external colleagues

• Good communication and motivation skills
