Your profile 10 years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications, including 2–3 years in an architecture or technical lead role Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service/Field Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Pages) Solid understanding of Azure Integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM) with intermediate/advanced knowledge being a strong differentiator Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for complex business applications Strong analytical skills and experience working in an Agile environment Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure Pipelines, GitHub, and Jenkins Experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, and Visual Studio Proficiency in SQL Server and database modeling Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly from failures and successes
