We are looking for you to join our Cloud Computing & AI department at the Nuremberg location as soon as possible. Become part of think about IT and support us as a Senior Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer (m/f/d).

The position can also be held at our branches in Hamburg, Münster, Berlin, Mainz, or Bochum.

Tasks

• Conception, development, and implementation of intelligent AI solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and sovereign AI technologies for the productive and secure use of artificial intelligence
• Development of automation and assistance solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph
• Design, setup, and further development of AI Agents, knowledge platforms, and intelligent automation solutions
• Conception, implementation, and monitoring of AI governance policies, taking regulatory and legal requirements into account
• Development of sovereign AI solutions using modern automation platforms and orchestration tools such as n8n
• Integration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft AI Services into existing business processes and application landscapes
• Technical support for AI projects from requirements analysis, through workshops and proof of concepts, to productive operation
• Architectural responsibility for AI solutions with a focus on scalability, security, compliance, and sustainable operating models
• Close collaboration with customers, business units, and project teams for the successful implementation of AI and automation strategies

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, a comparable apprenticeship, or several years of professional experience
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI
• Good knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
• Interest in modern AI technologies and innovation
• Flexibility and service orientation
• Team player with enthusiasm for new things

Ideal Microsoft Certifications:

• AI-102 – Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution
• AI-900 – Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
• MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• DP-600 – Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric (desirable)
• PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (desirable)
