Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist/Technical Lead

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist who can combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on delivery. The ideal candidate is not only able to design and lead enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions , but also to execute at a deep technical level when needed. You will drive migration and modern workplace projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our Microsoft 365 environment is secure, compliant, and optimised. This role is suited for someone with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 security and compliance, Microsoft 365 configuration and deployment, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing expert-level support to the business. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices, and to share your knowledge and expertise with the team.
