Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/f/d) - Multi-Tenant & Automation

You have managed more tenants at an MSP than you can count, and never got to build the clean

baseline because the next ticket always came. Here you will build it. From scratch,

according to your standard, with automation at its core.

Why this position exists

Neurawork is a consultancy for Operational AI in Upper Bavaria. Around us, a group of

around 50 users has grown across multiple companies. The concept is set: one tenant per

company, centrally managed, rolled out from a template. Greenfield instead of legacy issues.

The person is missing who will think it through, implement it, and then be responsible for it. You will set the

standard, and the management will support it. You will work directly with the

management and closely with our Platform Architect.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do With Us

• Design and deploy baselines for Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Defender as code - using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph

• Centrally manage all tenants (GDAP, Lighthouse, or CIPP) and make new companies ready to go in two days

• Automate recurring tasks: onboarding and offboarding, license reconciliation, baseline checks

Once the baseline is in place: Bring Google Workspace, European Cloud, VPN, and GitLab under the same security line, build interfaces to CRM and accounting with n8n or Power Automate, regularly check Secure Score and ISO 27001 certifications, and set up a reporting basis in Power BI.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• At least four years of Microsoft 365 experience, with at least two years managing multiple tenants in parallel – at an MSP, Microsoft partner, or in corporate IT

• Independently designed and deployed Conditional Access, Intune with Autopilot, and Defender for Business – not just managed them

• Proficient practical experience in Exchange Online

• Everyday proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph: You have written scripts that others use productively

• You document without being asked and say no when someone wants local administrator rights

• Nice to have, but not required: MS-102 or MD-102, Google Workspace administration, experience with European cloud providers
