Senior Merchandise Planner – Footwear
Hybrid working
Some Weeks can be fully remote
$160k + Super

If you’re a Planner who loves fast-moving product, thrives on trend and volume, and knows the power of getting stock flow right — this one’s for you.

We’re looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner with strong experience in Footwear to join one of Australia’s most recognised retail brands. You’ll be the commercial driver behind a product category that never stands still — partnering with Buying and Allocations to maximise sell-through, profitability, and customer demand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build detailed financial plans and forecasts that balance stock, sales and margin.
Partner with Buyers to deliver ranges that land at the right time, at the right price, with the right depth.
Own in-season trading, ensuring OTB, replenishment, and markdown strategies are on point.
Analyse performance daily, spotting trends early and adjusting strategies fast.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise allocations and store performance.
Coach and mentor junior Planners or Allocators, helping lift team capability.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience as a Merchandise Planner, ideally within Footwear or Accessories.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitable growth.
Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, confident working with data to make decisions.
A natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with Buying and Design.
Agile, adaptable, and excited by the pace of a dynamic retail environment.
