As a senior clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients in their own homes and community settings. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality mental health services to clients in their own homes and community settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Coordinate with other agencies and services to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies Requirements Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Nursing (or equivalent) Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications are desirable Experience: At least 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist/Social Worker Level 4 or Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 in a mental health setting Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients Ability to coordinate with other agencies and services to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care Ability to participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients Ability to coordinate with other agencies and services to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care Ability to participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies Certifications: Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications are desirable Work Environment The Mobile Assertive Treatment Team is a dynamic and innovative team that provides mental health services to clients in their own homes and community settings.
