Senior Medical Information Specialist

In the role of Medical Information Specialist, you will contribute to the optimization of processes, tools, and data while supporting digital transformation and automation projects. You will act as an interface between business teams and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing Medical Information processes and systems.
• Gather and formalize business needs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
• Map workflows and data flows.
• Participate in digitalization, AI, and Power Platform projects.
• Contribute to document governance and data quality.
• Ensure the link between Medical Information, Medical Affairs, and IT teams.
• Participate in reporting and monitoring performance indicators.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Information, with confirmed expertise in L2 level activities.
• Good understanding of Medical Information processes, pharmaceutical environments, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in business analysis, continuous process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Ability to gather, formalize, and challenge business needs, bridging the gap between operational and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Medical Information tools such as BioConnect, Veeva MedInfo, IRMS, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in data management concepts, reporting, knowledge management, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a solution-oriented and continuous improvement approach.
