We are looking for you as a Senior Medical Content Writer (m/f/d) to support the Patient Content Factory team in Berlin.

Doctolib is Europe's leading health companion, accompanying millions of patients and healthcare professionals across the continent. We are transforming healthcare by enriching our platform with innovative solutions for prevention and patient empowerment.

Our next step: To make Doctolib the most trusted health content destination in Europe. For this, we have launched the Patient Content Factory team — a dedicated team responsible for all content within the Doctolib app. This includes prevention campaigns as well as personalized health information (articles, videos, interactive content) based on verified medical knowledge.

You will be responsible for writing and managing content for the app's Health Companion, ensuring the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure end-to-end quality at all touchpoints, and manage the entire content production.

Your Tasks

• You will help build and maintain the editorial calendar for all German health content and identify content opportunities based on patient needs and public health priorities.
• You will write and create understandable medical content for patients, translating complex medical information into clear, actionable articles for the German audience.
• You will manage the entire content workflow from idea to publication and coordinate internal and external content writers for timely implementation.
• You will manage content and editorial calendars via a CMS and drive the optimization of content processes through automation and AI.
• You will ensure that all content meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and healthcare compliance, and coordinate strict review processes with medical reviewers and experts.
• You will contribute to building a network of credible partners (institutions, experts, medical societies) to strengthen the authority of Doctolib's health content.

To become part of our team, you bring the following:

• Degree in communication, journalism, or life sciences (biomedicine, public health, or similar).
• At least 4 years of proven experience in medical content writing, health communication, or related fields.
• Experience in managing digital campaigns and working with CMS systems.
• Strong project management background with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding written communication skills in German and very good English skills.

We are particularly interested in:

• Curiosity and interest in multi-format storytelling (video, interactive content) — practical experience is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurement tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
