Senior Media Consultant and Planner (m/f/d)

ECHO POSTER is a specialist agency for outdoor advertising and guerrilla marketing based in Berlin. Since 2008, we've been bringing creative ideas to the streets – with classic and digital advertising spaces, large-format murals, unconventional guerrilla actions, and custom special constructions. Together with agencies and renowned companies, we realize attention-grabbing campaigns in Germany, Great Britain, and Italy.

We rethink out-of-home, go the extra mile, and find solutions for ideas that seem barely feasible at first glance. Our campaigns don't stay in the pitch deck – they become part of the city. To achieve this, we combine creativity, many years of experience, and a genuine hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• You develop and plan innovative campaign concepts for our national and international clients.
• You lead and motivate your project team.
• You are responsible for the budget for the development and implementation of the campaigns.
• You are the link between clients and ECHO POSTER, seeing yourself as a problem solver and customer-oriented service provider.
• Through your advice on our high-reach and cross-media products (murals, poster advertising, street promotion, road shows, and much more), you charmingly guide your clients towards up-selling and cross-selling.
• With your strong visualization and presentation skills, you convince our clients with presentations conceived and created by you.
• You always have everything under control and are responsible for the punctual and smooth progress of your projects.
• In coordination with other departments involved in planning, you manage internal project teams and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant degree or training.
• You are an absolute organizational talent, can independently prioritize your tasks clearly, and keep everything under control with your structured way of working.
• At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a relevant industry.
• Team spirit and experience in employee management.
• You are responsible and committed, with a hands-on mentality.
• Hecticness and stress? They happen. But even during hectic phases, you remain calm and maintain your good mood.
• You are characterized above all by your social skills and your high service orientation.
• Through your empathetic and confident demeanor, you communicate easily with clients and external partners of various seniority levels.
• A love for detail and a sense of humor can also be beneficial.
• Native-level German and very good oral and written English skills.
