Your Tasks

• Strategic Social Media Planning: Development of long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns that increase reach and engagement
• Project Management: Independent planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects in the areas of content, community, and paid media
• Interface Management: Coordination and alignment with internal teams as well as external partners to ensure efficient project implementation
• Customer Consulting & Stakeholder Communication: Strategic consulting, expectation management, and development of suitable offers together with the Commercial Team
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Evaluation of campaigns, identification of optimization potential, and derivation of data-based recommendations for action
• Trend & Innovation Monitoring: Observation of relevant social media trends and continuous further development of channels

Your Profile

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid ads, and multi-platform campaigns
• Outstanding project management skills: You bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity & Strategic Thinking: You recognize trends early on and develop innovative concepts from them
• Communication Strength & Diplomacy: You convince stakeholders and teams alike, and work solution-oriented
• Very good German language skills (at least C2) as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Hands-on Mentality & Self-Initiative: You work independently, proactively, and drive topics forward actively
• Plus: You already have experience in social media agencies
