Senior Media Buyer – Full-time (m/f/d)

We are one of Hamburg's fastest-growing digital agencies and are looking for new employees for the Online Marketing and Media Buying department as soon as possible! Together with our team, you will independently manage our client projects and create online marketing campaigns. What exactly does Cordes Consulting GmbH do?

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses to receive more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We therefore market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks. To do this, we are looking for new Media Buyers (m/f/d) to support more clients in building their employer brand and to manage their META Ads.

Base Salary: Senior Media Buyer (m/f/d): €5,900 gross per month.

Opportunities for further development and advancement are available.

The onboarding phase typically lasts 2-4 months.

Your Areas of Responsibility (after thorough onboarding):

• Control and management of online marketing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager

• Creation of KPI reporting and analyses for our agency clients

• Regular feedback meetings with our clients to evaluate the reports

• Analysis of current campaign results and development of strategies to improve campaign results

• Implementation of strategic optimizations of our advertising campaigns together with our graphic designer and copywriter team

• Responsibility and ensuring client satisfaction of our agency clients

• Answering client questions regarding the progress of collaboration and advertising campaigns (by phone and in writing)

• Providing email support for incoming inquiries from existing clients

• Ensuring and improving client satisfaction

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree with a focus on marketing or business administration, or at least three years of practical experience in running META advertisements at a high level

• Extensive experience in creating, managing, and analyzing META advertising campaigns

• Extensive experience and sound knowledge in optimizing and evaluating online marketing campaigns

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, organizational skills, results and solution orientation, as well as strong team orientation combined with a confident demeanor, an independent working style, and a high degree of communication skills.
