Senior Media Buyer - Meta Ads (m/w/d)

You have already managed 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets independently via Meta and know how to set up campaigns that really scale?

Then we're looking for you. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will take over the operational responsibility for our paid channels and work directly with the management team. No micromanagement, full budget ownership.

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce scale-up from Hamburg. Our mission: to inspire children with innovative products for lifelong learning.

Tasks

• Account Management: You manage and optimize our META Ad Accounts independently (Budget Management, Ads Set Up, Reporting).
• Scaling: You manage and scale 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets while maintaining our target KPIs (ROAS, CPA, MER).
• Creative Strategy: You develop data-based briefings for performance creatives and work closely with the content team.
• Funnel Strategy: You think cross-channel, recognize levers in the funnel, and implement optimizations independently.
• Channel Expansion: Perspective build-up and management of Google Ads and Pinterest Ads.

Qualification

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in media buying, with at least 6-figure monthly budgets managed independently.
• Safe handling of the Meta Ads Manager and third-party tracking tools (e.g. Triple Whale).
• You work hypothesis-driven and make decisions based on data – not gut feeling.
• You are comfortable in Google Sheets or Excel.
