Senior Media Buyer

To ensure our strong growth also scales performance-wise, we are looking for a Senior Media Buyer (m/w/d) - an analytical and performance-oriented person who works structured and keeps a cool head even with high budgets.

In this role as Senior Media Buyer (m/w/d), you will be a close and trustworthy point of contact for the management team and the marketing team.

You plan, steer, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant channels, analyze KPIs, scale successful campaigns, and ensure maximum ROAS. You work independently, data-driven, and solution-oriented and feel at home in a young, digital team that pursues ambitious goals with passion and works on a brand.

Aufgaben

• Planning, implementation, and scaling of paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
• Responsibility for high media budgets and their efficient use
• Ongoing optimization of campaigns regarding ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV
• Development and implementation of structured testing and scaling strategies
• Analysis of performance data on campaign, ad, and creative levels
• Drawing clear recommendations for budget allocation
• Tight cooperation with Creative Strategists, Cuttern, and Designers
• Briefing of Creatives based on data-driven insights
• Building and maintaining scalable account and campaign structures
• Monitoring and optimization of tracking, attribution, and data quality
• Creation of performance reports and forecasts for management
• Observation of platform updates, trends, and best practices
• Participation in the further development of the paid media strategy

Qualifikation

• Multiple-year experience as Media Buyer or Performance Marketer (Senior-Level)
• In-depth expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Numerical evidence of experience in handling large media budgets
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
• Safe handling of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)
• Experience with scaling strategies in E-commerce or DTC
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style
• High sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation
• Experience with tracking setups (Pixel, Events, Attribution) is advantageous
• Understanding of creative performance and funnel logic
