Senior Media Buyer

Our client is a fintech company with Ukrainian roots, operating in high-growth international markets. The core product is an in-house payment platform tailored to the Indian market. The team is now launching a media buying business unit from scratch and is looking for a proactive Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of the launch and further scaling.

Responsibilities:

• Build the media buying stream from scratch strategy, setup, scaling;
• Traffic acquisition via Facebook (priority), also UAC, Google, Push, DSP, etc.;
• Run and test creatives, funnels, landing pages, pre-landers;
• Research and test new offers from trusted partners;
• Integrate campaigns with the companys in-house fintech product;
• Hire and manage a small performance team (buyers, designer, analyst);
• Set up performance analytics and reporting workflows.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in traffic acquisition, ideally with focus on India;
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Google Ads or others a plus);
• Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROI, ARPU, CPA) and campaign optimization;
• Ownership mindset and drive to build things from the ground up;
• English at B1 level sufficient for basic communication, with willingness to improve.
