We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 8 years of experience in building services design, with strong expertise in HVAC systems and coordination within multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will lead and coordinate internal and cross-regional projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of mechanical services. Key responsibilities: • Design and deliver high-performance mechanical services for commercial and industrial buildings, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable building solutions. • Lead and coordinate internal and cross-regional projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of mechanical services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering. • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to mechanical services projects. The ideal candidate will have: • 8 years of experience in building services design with a focus on HVAC systems. • Strong expertise in mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. • Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and other digital technologies. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. • Experience working on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. • Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
