We are looking for a professional with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and the versatility to work across disciplines, including hydraulics, fire, and electrical.

- Engineering Acumen: A profound passion for engineering within the building environment, coupled with a highly inquisitive and analytical mind.
- First Principles Knowledge: Demonstrable expertise in fundamental engineering principles, particularly across mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Practical Implementation: A strong understanding of design implementation and/or hands-on site delivery experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP design software.
- Ambitious & Collaborative: Highly ambitious with a strong desire to become a key stakeholder and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Project Leadership: Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to concurrently manage multiple complex projects.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, crucial for fostering effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Taking ownership of project delivery, ensuring adherence to briefs, Australian codes, and standards.
- Multi-Discipline Design: Providing expert design services and technical advice across a broad spectrum of market sectors, including commercial, high-tech, healthcare, and industrial.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting peer reviews of designs, ensuring full compliance, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentorship: Supervising and mentoring junior and graduate engineers, providing constructive feedback for their development.
- Client Engagement: Facilitating coordination meetings to resolve design issues and maintaining robust client relationships.
- An internationally recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in Building Services (MEP) design and site supervision.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit-MEP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and relevant building services modeling software.
- Proven experience and understanding of Australian Building Services projects and relevant standards.
- Current registration with Engineers Australia and making significant progress towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CP Eng) status.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MEP building services design, including HVAC (chilled water, VRV, VAV systems), plumbing, LPG, wet fire, electrical power (MV and LV), lighting, and LV electronics, with excellent knowledge of ASHRAE standards
