Job description
6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally owning platform-level products. Strong technical understanding of CRM or Martech systems and how they scale. Proven ability to deliver complex products end-to-end in fast-moving environments. Experience translating business and marketing needs into robust product solutions. Comfortable owning roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and delivery without heavy oversight. Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile environments and comfortable with iterative development processes. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
