External Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist SEA & India Reports to: SEA India Director / Senior Manager Region & Area: Malaysia/Singapore Job Purpose To architect and execute integrated marketing strategies for the SEA markets, directly driving the sales pipeline and strengthening AVEVA's position as a leader in industrial software. This role is a strategic orchestrator, responsible for translating global marketing initiatives into impactful regional campaigns, closely collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimal lead generation. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the SEA region, aligning with global marketing strategies and business objectives. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscapes. * Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and track performance against these metrics. Campaign Execution & Management: * Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and advertising, to generate leads and drive sales. * Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. Content Creation & Localization: * Create and adapt marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to resonate with the SEA audience. * Ensure all marketing materials are localized to meet regional nuances and language requirements. Digital Marketing & Analytics: * Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and generate leads. * Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and optimize campaign performance. * Analyze marketing data and generate reports to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. Collaboration & Communication: * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support their sales efforts. * Communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and market insights to stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry influencers. Experience & Education: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on the SEA region. * Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation. * Experience in the industrial software or technology industry is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Fluency in English is essential. Additional Skills: * Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot). * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). * Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices. * Understanding of social media marketing trends and platforms. * Experience managing marketing budgets and vendors.
