Aufgaben

• Kundenliebling: As direct point of contact for our customers, you design their appearances at all online and offline touchpoints – from idea to implementation – and advise strategically.
• Projektvielfalt: Whether 360° campaigns, social media, performance marketing, video productions, or events – you steer diverse projects in the B2B and B2C sectors.
• Zukunftsorientiert: We develop ourselves over time - You set relevant KI technologies in motion and drive innovations forward.
• Organisationstalent: You work closely with the project team from conception, creation, performance marketing, and production, and coordinate service providers.
• Detailliebe: You create and manage project plans, keep budgets and deadlines in mind, and ensure final quality control.
• Überblick: With our project management tool, you ensure smooth processes and a strong project conclusion.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung: Study or comparable education, ideally in economics, marketing, or communication.
• Erfahrung: At least 5 years of experience in 360° marketing, with proven project management experience in the agency field.
• Fachwissen: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, preferably also in event management.
• Projektmanagement: You keep track of multiple projects and ensure efficient implementation.
• Technologieaffinität: Understanding of modern marketing tools, trends, and KI applications is desirable.
• Arbeitsweise: Responsible, structured, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
• Soft Skills: Flexible, communicative, team-oriented, strategically thinking.
• Sprachen: German at mother tongue level, English for negotiations.
