SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Communications Act as the daily strategic lead for our PR agency, ensuring pitching efforts align with event and campaign calendar as well as US market trends. Monitor US industry news for opportunities where RTB House experts can provide commentary. Content & Events Own the US events speaking calendar and manage the submission process for major events. Draft scripts, abstracts, and talk tracks for keynoters and panelists as needed for events. Partner with our design team to develop event materials such as presentations, handouts, and other visual aids. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and media representatives to secure speaking opportunities and interviews. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PR efforts into overall marketing strategy. Provide strategic guidance on messaging, positioning, and storytelling for our brand. Ensure consistent branding across all events and communications. Manage a budget for event expenses and track ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for thought leadership and media coverage.
