(Senior) Marketing Operations Manager (M/W/D) CRM, Growth, HubSpot

As part of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of our marketing: our HubSpot infrastructure, lead routing, our tracking and attribution setup, and the automations that need to run daily. You are the person who ensures that more inbound leads arrive in our funnel, are well distributed, further developed until the sales closing, and cleanly attributed. You report directly to Marvin Müller (VP Marketing), are at the interface to Sales and Revenue Operations, and work closely with the teams from CRM, Performance, Content, and Data.

• You continuously develop creative process ideas on how to increase the number and quality of inbound leads – from campaign approaches to conversion points in the funnel.
• You further develop the existing HubSpot infrastructure: workflows, automations, property setup, lead routing – cleanly built, documented, and scalable.
• You are at the interface between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations: deal logic, pipeline measurement and attribution, segmentation for inbound leads, and lead scoring – your automations decide which lead lands where.
• You build and sharpen tracking: UTM structure, attribution, conversion paths across all campaigns – as a reliable data basis for the entire team.
• You master the tools that need to run daily: HubSpot, Zapier, Hygraph (CMS solution) – and find pragmatic workarounds when HubSpot reaches its limits.
• You automate with AI tools like Claude where it saves time – from custom skills and workflows to process documentation.
• You ensure GDPR-compliant marketing processes. DOI processes and workflows are familiar to you.
• You build reports that the team actually uses and make the marketing impact visible along clear KPIs.

• You have several years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or CRM administration.
• You master HubSpot with confidence and are very familiar with complex workflows, data structures, and reports.
• You understand B2B sales processes as well as complete deal structures and look far beyond pure marketing campaigns.
• You have a strong technical understanding of API interfaces and common automation tools.
• You already actively use AI tools for operational tasks and the creation of smart process flows.
• You work completely independently, approach topics in a structured manner, and build processes that run even without you.
• You know the legal basics of GDPR in the marketing and form context and apply them confidently.
• You communicate fluently in both German and English.

• You have practical experience in the operational execution of performance campaigns, e.g., in Meta or LinkedIn Ads.
