To this end, we are looking for new Junior Marketing Managers (m/f/d) to support more clients in building their employer brand.

Base Salary: Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d): €5,100 gross per month.

Your Areas of Responsibility (after thorough training):

• Planning and design of online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• Writing advertising copy for the optimal description and marketing of our clients' employer brands

• Design and layout of landing pages and career pages

• Placement and creation of online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• You will support our online marketing team in monitoring the success of ongoing campaigns

• Continuous evaluation of campaigns and optimization to increase campaign performance

• Regular exchange with our project management and clients on current and future campaigns

• You have completed commercial training or a completed degree in business administration or marketing

• You have relevant prior knowledge in the areas of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), especially online marketing, and have already gained 4-6 years of practical professional experience in marketing management

• You have relevant project experience in the implementation and planning of marketing campaigns

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, organizational skills, result- and solution-orientation, as well as strong team orientation combined with a confident demeanor, an independent way of working, and a high degree of communication skills.

• The ability to follow existing processes.

• Quick comprehension and high discipline.

• Strong communication skills and a keen sense for precision.
