Senior Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

We are wyn – a Remote-first Fintech with a seat in Frankfurt (Eschborn), making card payments easier for small and medium-sized enterprises. Tasks

• You steer our marketing strategy across channels – from content and SEO to social media, paid, and partnerships
• You bring structure to marketing: campaign planning, project management, budget responsibility, and performance measurement
• You work closely with our CMO, Sales, and Product to keep messaging and positioning sharp
• You make social media a performance channel
• You recognize what works and what doesn't – and optimize consistently based on data

Qualification

• You ideally learned in an agency how marketing really works – and know how to deliver independently since then
• You took responsibility in smaller companies or startups and moved things forward without waiting for a big team
• You take responsibility: You can think strategy and simultaneously take action yourself
• Very good German and good English skills – you know how to formulate messages that stick
• Data-driven mindset: You work with numbers, draw conclusions, and act
