As Growth and Business Development, you build our next growth engines. You find new scalable acquisition paths for physiotherapy practices, test them systematically, and make winners stable channels. Parallelly, you develop campaigns with relevant sales partners (e.g., practice equipment, software, associations, training institutions) and generate planned lead sources.

You work data-driven, but with strong implementation sense. You are closely in touch with Sales and Product because growth only works if channel, offer, onboarding, and value proposition align.
