Your role

As Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for building and developing the brand architecture of ZEINpharma. You ensure that our brand is strategically positioned, consistent across all channels, and builds long-term trust. Together with the management team, you define the Brand Strategy and implement it consistently through external partners, agencies, and internal teams.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Development, further development, and implementation of the Brand Strategy.
• BUILDING AND ENSURING A UNIFORM BRAND ARCHITECTURE INCLUDING CI/CD.
• Guiding and quality control of agencies, creative, and digital partners.
• Developing consistent campaign and communication concepts.
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, MARKETING, AND SALES TO POSITION THE BRAND AND COMMUNICATE PRODUCTS.
• Introduction and control of KPIs and reporting structures for brand performance.
• Responsibility for budget planning, management, and efficiency.

Qualification

Your profile:

• 5-7 years of experience in strategic marketing management with a focus on brand building and architecture.
• Demonstrable success in CI/CD development, rebranding, or brand leadership.
• Strong competence in agency management, budget, and KPI responsibility.
• A clear view for design consistency, storytelling, and brand positioning.
• Experience in regulated markets (Healthcare, Consumer Health, FMCG) is an advantage.
• Confident in German and English.
• Determined, structured, loyal.
