Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our team in Munich, starting immediately.

• Brand & Positioning: Further development, refinement, and management of the Rebike brand, including brand positioning, brand guidelines, and corporate design, as well as internationalization and adaptation of branding for new markets.

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Development and implementation of the marketing strategy and annual plan in agreement with management, including derivation of goals and KPIs.

• Campaign Management: Planning, management, and implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels, including success measurement and continuous qualitative further development.

• Channel Responsibility: Strategic and content-related management of social media, CRM/email marketing, PR, and corporate communications, as well as professional support and further development of adjacent channels such as performance marketing, SEO/content, and website.

• Omnichannel & Customer Journey: Design of a consistent brand and customer experience across all touchpoints along the customer journey – online and offline.

• Retail Marketing & Expansion: Marketing support for stores and store expansion, including openings, POS materials, and local marketing.

• Events: Conception, planning, and execution of events, trade fairs, and brand activations.

• Content & Creation: Responsibility for content strategy and management of asset production (photo, video, text, graphics) with internal and external partners.

• Leadership & Team Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the marketing team (currently two employees in PR/Social Media and CRM, design partially external), employee development, and expansion of the team as needed.

• Budget & Partner Management: Planning, responsibility, and controlling of the marketing budget, as well as selection, management, and negotiation of agencies, service providers, and cooperation partners.

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with international relevance
• Experience in social media, campaign management, omnichannel strategies, and CRM systems
• Analytical thinking combined with a good feel for brand and communication
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and team spirit
• Very good German and English skills
