Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Evaluation and preparation of marketing data from various channels (Meta, Google Analytics, CRM etc.) to derive strategic recommendations
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of cross-channel marketing campaigns to acquire and activate new customers
• Building and optimizing automated, hyper-personalized customer journeys along the entire customer lifecycle
• Conceptualization, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests to continuously improve marketing performance
• Creation and optimization of landing pages and email campaigns with a focus on conversion optimization
• Closely working with Sales and Product to ensure seamless customer experience
• Monitoring relevant KPIs and continuous development of our marketing strategy based on data-driven insights

Qualifikation

• High motivation and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
• Tech affinity and secure handling of analysis tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms
• Able to interpret marketing KPIs, derive recommendations from them, and communicate complex data in a clear manner
• Self-sufficient work style, quick understanding, and genuine willingness to learn when finding new tools
• Outstanding marketing understanding for communication, landing page optimization, and customer journey
• Secure handling of CRM systems, content management tools, Excel, and data visualization
• Curious about AI technologies in the marketing context and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good German and English skills
