Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will take strategic overall responsibility for marketing at KERB Berlin.

You are responsible for the local marketing strategy and drive demand, visitor frequency, growth in the delivery business, as well as brand positioning forward. The role moves at the interface of culture and commerce: You shape how KERB Berlin is perceived in the city, and ensure that all marketing activities contribute measurably to commercial performance.

You will work closely with Business Development, Operations, traders, and external agencies to position KERB Berlin as one of the most exciting food destinations in the city.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

Marken- & kommerzielle Strategie

• Development, steering, and implementation of the annual marketing plan for KERB Berlin
• Strategic demand generation in line with frequency and revenue targets for our three core target groups: residents, office workers, and tourists
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive international tourism marketing plan in coordination with PR activities
• Safeguarding consistent brand leadership across all touchpoints (Brand Guardian)
• Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of marketing performance based on relevant KPIs (ROI, customer acquisition, CRM growth etc.)

Kampagnen, Kanäle & Performance

• Development and implementation of a marketing trading calendar, aligned with seasonal programs and cultural highlights in Berlin
• Conceptualization and steering of integrated campaigns, trader launches, and city-wide activations
• Definition of channel strategy over social media, CRM, website, and paid media
• Responsibility for paid-media budgets including performance optimization
• Steering of content production with clear commercial goals

Kommerzielle Partnerschaften & Wachstum im Liefergeschäft

• Development and steering of the marketing plan for third-party delivery and ordering platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, White-Label-Pre-Order-App)
• Planning and optimization of promotions as well as performance on the platforms
• Identification and activation of strategic marketing partnerships to generate additional demand

PR & bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

• Selection and steering of a local PR agency to support international positioning and thought leadership
• Closely working with Business Development to align campaigns on private-hire and partnership sales
• Cooperation with traders to maximize engagement and performance

Qualifikation

What you bring:

At least 5 years of marketing experience in Berlin (ideally in Hospitality, F&B, Lifestyle or the Experience sector)

• Demonstrable success in achieving measurable commercial results
• Fundamental understanding of the Berlin food and cultural scene
• Safety in handling budgets, performance metrics, and agency steering
• Data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, as well as a keen sense for cultural trends
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking (absolutely required)
