Aufgaben

As (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for the brand "AM Qualitätsmatratzen" you will be responsible for:

• Paid Growth (Meta and Demand Gen): Leadership of performance and creative agencies, including testing roadmap, reporting, and quality control.
• Creatives & Drehs: Steering of concepts, briefings, and production partners/creators
• Influencer / Creator Marketing: Agency management, KPI tracking, whitelisting/repurposing for paid.
• CRM (Lifecycle/Retention): Management of our external partner (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
• CRO / CVR: Management of external CRO partners, prioritization and testing of landing pages/PDP/checkout/offers mechanisms; continuous conversion improvement along the funnel.

As (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will work directly with the founder and CEO, which enables very quick decisions and rapid progress. Your tasks have the highest relevance for the medium- and long-term success of the company and are therefore given a high value. At the same time, you have a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority.

The job is simply fun due to its great dynamics, and you will see very quickly what you can achieve concretely. The friendly atmosphere in our highly motivated team and beautiful, centrally located office (with rooftop garden :-) ) at Neumarkt round off the job.

Qualifikation

We only work with top-notch employees! Therefore:

• You have a degree in economics with above-average success
• A few years of professional experience are advantageous, but not necessary for very good performance during your studies
• You have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities and market potential
• You have a quick understanding and work structured
• You have negotiation skills and experience in concluding contracts and agreements
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• You have high self-motivation, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
