Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in B2B Environment

Washmal is the largest German network of laundries and textile cleaning services for rental and contract washing in the B2B sector. Washmal works nationwide with several hundred partner laundries and serves business customers from various industries.

Washmal is a growing company with a clear structure, operational strength, and plenty of untapped potential in marketing.

Tasks

You will build our marketing structured, sustainable, and independently, without an agency or micromanagement. The goal is not short-term actionism, but:

• A clear, sharp market positioning on the website
• More qualified B2B leads for our sales team
• Sustained visibility on different channels
• Automated and long-lasting marketing processes

You will implement the following topics:

• Definition of market positioning
• BUILDING a well-thought-out marketing plan
• Continuation of existing SEO strategy and operational implementation through CMS Strapi
• Maintenance of our Google Ads and building YouTube Ads
• Simple LinkedIn campaigns and setting up and structuring a specialist blog, as well as producing B2B content (case studies, specialist articles, whitepapers)
• Light conversion optimization
• Creation of presentations for sales & partners
• Simple image optimizations

Qualification

• You have demonstrated several years of experience in B2B marketing
• You can create concepts and translate them into clear roadmaps
• You work structured and prioritize sensibly
• DONE is better than perfect
• You remain calm and composed when many tasks are pending at the same time
• You think in systems, not individual measures
• You take care of yourself (no agency management)
• You love automation and sustainable measures
• You understand SEO, paid ads, and organic visibility comprehensively
• AI supports you in that tasks are quickly and easily completed
