(Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for and initiate a variety of measures and projects along the entire funnel - from content and campaigns to website topics and collaboration with external partners. In this role, you will work closely with our CMO to further build and professionalize our marketing.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• Marketing & Campaigns: Planning of our marketing strategy and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Further development of our lead generation – you ensure that campaigns, content, and processes work together seamlessly.
• Content Creation: You create and maintain content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, whitepapers, and other marketing formats.
• AI-powered Content Production: You work with modern AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT and revise, refine, and finalize content for different target groups and channels.
• Campaign Management: You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and coordination of our marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of Performance Marketing and Marketing Analytics. You work with external partners, evaluate results, and support in deriving optimization measures.
• Website & Tracking: You work closely with our tech team and formulate clear requirements for landing pages, tracking adjustments, or website optimizations.
• Project Management: You coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and ensure reliable implementation.

• Completed degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media) or a comparable qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B, SaaS, or Tech environment.
• Very good linguistic sense and a high degree of quality awareness – you can distinguish good from mediocre content and elevate AI output to the next level.
• Good understanding of Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and digital marketing KPIs.
• High interest in AI tools and modern marketing workflows.
• Structured, independent way of working and the ability to break down complex requirements into understandable terms (e.g., in tickets).
• Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as a pleasure in collaborating with different teams and external partners.
• Interest in E-Commerce, data, and market analysis.
