cleverly edu GmbH and codary GmbH are joining forces. cleverly offers online tutoring and mentoring for students from grades 1 to 13, working with over 600 qualified tutors. codary excites children aged 7 to 16 with gamified, live-taught programming courses and has already taught coding to over 17,000 children.
Globally, we are creating one of the leading EdTech providers for children and youth in the DACH region – from academic success to digital future competencies. To build our marketing anew for this merger, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to take our reach and growth to the next level.

and:
- Multiple years of professional experience (ideally 4+ years) in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2C-, subscription- or EdTech-environments.
- Demonstrable successes in building and scaling paid campaigns over Google Ads and Meta; experience with TikTok or YouTube Ads is an advantage.
- Experience in content marketing with a focus on organic social media (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Fundamental practice in CRM marketing with HubSpot – from lead nurturing to email and lifecycle campaigns to marketing automations.
- Deep understanding of tracking and attribution (GA4, server-side tracking, conversion APIs) as well as a data-driven work approach.
- Safe handling of analysis tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, spreadsheet); knowledge in SQL is a plus.
- Interest and/or first experience in the area of GEO, AI Search or SEO – you want to actively shape this channel.
- First leadership experience or a clear motivation to lead and develop a small team.
- Hands-on mentality, self-responsibility, and joy in a dynamic startup environment.
- Very good German language skills (C1 or higher) and good English language skills.
Your Mission at Cleverly & Complori
- End-to-end Performance Marketing: You are responsible for strategy, setup, steering, and optimization of our paid campaigns over Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube – from bidding strategies to target groups and creatives to landing pages and tracking.
- Detailed Campaign Optimization: You steer data-drivenly through A/B tests, funnel analyses, and KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTV and get the maximum impact out of every euro budget.
- Content Marketing & Organic Social Media: You are responsible for our organic content marketing on social media, develop formats and editorial planning, and strengthen the visibility of both brands.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: You develop our CRM in HubSpot further – with lead nurturing, email, and lifecycle campaigns as well as marketing automations.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): You build our visibility in KI-search systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews and further develop it – so we are the answer when parents ask about learning and coding opportunities for their children.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: You optimize the entire customer journey – from landing page to onboarding funnel.
- Leadership & Development of the Marketing Team: You lead and develop our team consisting of a performance marketing freelancer and an intern, set priorities, and give clear direction.
- Budget Responsibility & Reporting: You manage your marketing budget independently and report results and learnings directly to the management board.
- Building after the Merger: You establish scalable processes and a clean marketing tech stack and work closely with Product, Sales, and Content teams.
