This will be your job

As a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Brezzels, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our Creator platform. You will significantly build and own this area, and with your significant influence, decisively shape the direction of our marketing strategy and activities. Your mission is to make Brezzels even better known and to strengthen our brand in a dynamic environment.

All-rounder: You will be responsible for the performance, event, and content areas. You will develop and optimize our marketing strategy, build inbound lead generation, and ensure the optimal channel mix in close coordination with sales and our management team.

Campaign Development: You will develop targeted marketing campaigns and tactics to build a qualified pipeline and accelerate our growth trajectory.

Coordination: You will regularly exchange ideas with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement new ideas and manage our external service providers based on clear briefings and analysis of results using KPIs.

Performance Marketing: You will take responsibility for our performance marketing channels and manage them efficiently with external support.

Website Optimization: You will manage and optimize our website to significantly increase traffic and conversion rates.

Event Marketing: You will optimize and further develop our existing event strategy. Your ideas will significantly drive the design and success of our event formats.

Social Media Marketing: You will expand our existing social media marketing in an innovative way and inspire our target audience.

What you bring

Knowledge in Social Media and Digital Trends: You have a deep understanding of the Creator Economy as well as current trends on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.

Marketing Know-how: You have several years of professional experience in marketing and possess very good knowledge of performance marketing, inbound marketing, and social media marketing, and are familiar with current trends and tools.

Technology Affinity: You are enthusiastic about new technologies and use them strategically to achieve better results.

Hands-On: You can independently and structurally implement your strategies and ideas, you are a team player, and you impress with your initiative.

Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German and English.
