You want not only to manage diverse projects but also take responsibility, shape structures, and strategically lead customers? Then we're looking for you as Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d). Unrestricted in a safe working environment.

Aufgaben

• Kundenliebling: As direct point of contact for our customers, you design their appearances at all on- and offline touchpoints – from the idea to implementation – and advise strategically.
• Projektvielfalt: Whether 360° campaigns, social media, performance marketing, video productions, or events – you steer diverse projects in the B2B and B2C sectors.
• Strategischer Sparringspartner: Together with team leadership, you work on developing the agency – from processes to structures up to standards in project management. You bring entrepreneurial thinking and shape actively.
• Teamentwicklung: You lead project teams professionally, develop junior staff and PMs further, and ensure clear task and resource planning. You give orientation, structure, and security.
• Zukunftsorientiert: We develop ourselves over time – you set relevant KI technologies in motion, question existing processes, and bring innovation impulses.
• Organisationstalent: You work closely with the project team from conception to creation, performance marketing, and production, and coordinate external service providers and contractors.
• Detailliebe: You create reliable calculations, manage project plans, keep budgets and deadlines in mind, and ensure continuous quality control.
• Überblick: With our project management tool, you ensure smooth processes, transparent communication, and a strong project conclusion.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung: Study or comparable training, ideally in business, marketing, or communication.
• Erfahrung: At least 5 years of experience in 360° marketing and project management in the agency field, with budget responsibility and customer leadership.
• Fachwissen: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and event management. You think integratively – live, digital, and performance-oriented.
• Projektmanagement: You keep an overview even with complex projects involving multiple partners and steer confidently.
• Leadership: You enjoy developing teams, taking responsibility, and shaping structures.
• Technologieaffinität: Understanding of modern marketing tools, trends, and KI applications.
• Arbeitsweise: Entrepreneurially thinking, structured, solution-oriented, and with genuine hands-on mentality.
• Soft Skills: Communicative, confident in customer contact, team-oriented, and strategically thinking.
• Sprachen: German on a native level, English for negotiations.
