Your responsibilities
You can keep track of multiple projects simultaneously, think in terms of processes, and love bringing events and partnerships from idea to successful implementation? Then you are exactly right here! As a (Senior) Marketing Manager – Events & Partnerships (m/f/d*), you will be fully responsible for our marketing channels Events and Partnerships – from strategy to operational implementation.
What awaits you:
- Trade Fair & Event Management: You plan and manage our participation in trade fairs such as DMEXCO and K5, from stand and event concepts, budget, promotion, and execution to post-event follow-up, including lead handover to sales.
- Online Events: You plan and manage our webinars, whether self-hosted or through partners/platforms. You will be the central point of contact for everything from conception and project management to success monitoring.
- Partner Marketing & Enablement: You conceptualize and organize formats such as meet-ups or a virtual partner day and continuously expand our partner enablement.
- Interface Function: As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with sales, CSM, and external partners, ensuring that all projects are implemented on time, within budget, and with clear success metrics.
Your profile
Every single person counts with us – your impact makes the difference. We are looking for someone who not only organizes our 'Events' & 'Partnerships' channels but also strategically develops them – with a hands-on mentality and a sense for prioritization.
Ideally, you also bring the following qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing (Events, Partnerships): You have at least 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on campaign or event management, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Budget & Resource Control: You have experience in the efficient management of event and marketing budgets and always keep an eye on costs and resource utilization.
- Negotiation Skills: You negotiate confidently with partners, service providers, and sponsoring partners, achieving mutually beneficial deals.
- Analytical Mindset: You measure and analyze the success of your measures using clear KPIs and make decisions based on data rather than gut feeling. You always keep an eye on where we can become more efficient and where there are potentials for scaling.
- Organizational Talent with Execution Strength: You can keep track of multiple parallel projects, prioritize, and deliver reliably on time.
- Ownership: You take ownership of your projects and make decisions independently without losing sight of the big picture.
- Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel occasionally for trade fairs and partner events.
- German (C1/C2) & English (min. B2): You are comfortable operating in national and international partner relationships.
