Aufgaben

💡 Your role

As (Senior) Marketing Manager B2B, you are responsible for our entire marketing department with a clear focus on operational implementation.

You maintain the strategic overview but are at heart an operator: someone who builds scalable structures, designs workflows efficiently, and thereby creates space to develop original and creative ideas that give Encosa a genuine competitive advantage.

⚡ Your tasks

• Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Website als zentraler Kommunikationskanal (inkl. Messaging, Struktur und CMS, in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern)
• Konzeption und Erstellung von hochwertigem Content (z. B. Whitepaper, Case Studies, Website-Inhalte, LinkedIn Content), der sich klar von Standard-Content abhebt
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Demand Generation Maßnahmen mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Leadgenerierung
• Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung unserer PR- und Kommunikationsarbeit (z. B. Fundraising, Partnerschaften, Unternehmenskommunikation)
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von LinkedIn- und Personal-Branding-Aktivitäten (insbesondere für das Management)
• Analyse relevanter Marketing-KPIs sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Product und Management für ein klares, konsistentes und überzeugendes Storytelling
• Selbstständiger Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Marketing-Prozessen und -Strukturen
• Identifikation neuer Marketingpotenziale sowie eigenständige Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Initiativen

Hinweis: Performance Marketing ist kein Schwerpunkt der Rolle und wird nur ergänzend eingesetzt.

Qualifikation

🎯 Your profile

• 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing mit klarer operativer Ausrichtung
• Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung in einem kleinen Team und/oder Firma als Marketing Generalist
• Nachweisbare Stärke im Content Marketing (bitte Beispiele von Inhalten, auf die du stolz bist)
• Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Marketing-Strukturen und -Prozessen
• Erfahrung im Website-Management (CMS, Messaging, Positionierung) – kein Coding oder Design notwendig
• Erfahrung oder gutes Verständnis im Bereich PR und externer Kommunikation
• Sehr starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Text und Konzept
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
