Senior Marketing Designer (m/f/d)

Your mission

Onepage GmbH is an AI-first SaaS company that aims to make it easy for every entrepreneur to build modern, fast, and conversion-strong websites and landing pages.

With Onepage AI 2.0, we are building the bridge between Vibe Coding and No-Code: Sections and layouts are created via prompt – and remain fully controllable in the visual editor afterwards. No lock-in, no "generated once and never touched again". This is what we are working on – and we are looking for people who find this problem as exciting as we do.

Your tasks

• Development of Creatives for Social Ads: Design and development of appealing and impactful creatives for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaboration with our Marketing Team: Close collaboration with our marketing team to ensure the consistency of brand messages and corporate identity and to increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Concept and Implementation: Development of creative concepts and their implementation into visually appealing designs that appeal to the target audience and contribute to achieving marketing goals.
• Optimization of our Ads: Continuous analysis and improvement of the performance of social ads by adapting and optimizing creatives based on feedback and performance data.
• Creation of visual concepts and assets for landing pages as well as their implementation using our own AI-powered page builder software.
• Creation of reports, infographics, and presentation designs.
• Development of creatives for Google Display Ads and Image Extensions.

Your profile

• Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the area of social media advertising and marketing.
• Design Tools: You have in-depth knowledge of common design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ad Creation: You have experience in creating static and animated ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• AI Competence: You have initial experience using AI assistants for developing concepts and visual content and are generally open to exploring the possibilities of AI.
• User Empathy: You have the ability to understand our users' needs and develop appealing and functional designs based on them.
• Aesthetics: You have a strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to quickly develop creative and innovative design solutions.
• Communication: You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Organization: You approach your work in a structured manner and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
