Senior Marketing Consultant – Focus SEO (all genders)

At the same time, you will contribute your expertise and actively shape the further development of our SEO department.

• You will independently manage the strategic and operational support of demanding SEO customer accounts.
• You will develop data-based SEO strategies and derive concrete recommendations for action to increase visibility, traffic, and business impact.
• You will independently manage complex SEO projects regarding quality, priorities, timings, and profitability.
• You will identify cross-channel growth and optimization potentials and develop holistic solutions together with our experts from other specialist areas.
• You will proactively advise your customers and build long-term customer relationships.
• You will create meaningful reports, analyses, and convincing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Must-have

• At least 4 years of professional experience in search engine optimization – from Technical SEO and Content to strategic consulting.
• Experience in independently managing complex customer accounts.
• Experience in developing and implementing data-based SEO strategies.
• Confident handling of analyses, reporting, and deriving concrete recommendations for action.
• Strong consulting and communication skills as well as a confident demeanor towards customers.

• Experience in an agency environment and in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with GEO, AI Search, and the use of AI in the SEO environment.
• Initial experience in the professional support or mentoring of colleagues.
• Very good English skills.
• Completed university degree or a comparable education in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
