Senior Market Intelligence Analyst (m/w/d)

As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you are our radar for market trends, new technologies, and customer needs. Your analyses provide the basis for strategic decisions and help us develop products and services that move the market.

You work closely with colleagues from Product, Sales, and Strategy together and bring your insights directly into the further development of our offer. We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with curiosity and communication strength.

• Conducting detailed market analyses, including SWOT analyses and segmentation studies, to identify trends, new technologies, competitors, and potential growth opportunities
• Creating reports and benchmarks that clearly present the results of the market analyses and support decision-makers with concrete recommendations
• Collaboration with various colleagues in the Business Development Team with the goal of offering new products and services that excite the market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a function in the area of market analysis in the financial sector or consulting
• Affinity to new technologies and tools in the financial sector and basic knowledge of financial products, processes, and trends
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbally and written
• Proactive, self-motivated work style, team orientation, and curiosity for new developments
• Team orientation and the ability to work with various interest groups

• Experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and modern collaboration tools (Teams, Miro, Confluence) as well as AI tools
• Existing network in the financial services sector
• Familiarity with agile/iterative work methods

To be employed in Austria, a minimum annual salary of 60,000,- EUR gross is estimated for this position.
