Senior Manufacturing Supervisor
Job description
Purpose of the position The person holding this position is responsible for leading and coordinating production operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. They directly supervise work teams at the plant, guaranteeing efficient use of resources, adherence to manufacturing standards, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities Ensure compliance with the plant's operating procedures and policies; Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve overall performance; Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
