(Senior) Managing Consultant – Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

In this role, you will advise and support our clients in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, taking responsibility for projects, teams, and client relationships. You will combine business and strategic questions with modern Data, Analytics, and AI technologies, manage client projects from conception to successful implementation, and develop sustainable solutions and new business potentials together with our clients.

• You will be responsible for advising our clients in the field of Data & Analytics and will guide them from the development of strategic solution approaches to successful implementation.
• You will independently manage and lead client projects, taking responsibility for scope, quality, schedule, and budget, as well as coordinating the project team.
• You will analyze business requirements, processes, and data, and jointly develop suitable technical and business solutions with our clients – from data platforms and data warehouses to analytics and AI solutions.
• You will work hands-on in implementation and contribute your expertise, for example, in data models, data pipelines, reports, visualizations, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• You will lead workshops and meetings on the client side, moderate decision-making processes, and ensure that business and technical perspectives are merged into viable solutions.
• You will build sustainable client relationships, identify new challenges, and jointly develop further consulting approaches and follow-up engagements with our clients.
• You will strategically use modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks in client projects and continuously develop our consulting services.
• You will provide technical leadership and coaching to Consultants and Senior Consultants, supporting them in developing their competencies and responsibilities within projects.
• You will contribute to the further development of our Data & Analytics business – for example, by developing best practices, methods, and offerings, and by supporting presales and acquisition activities.

• You have a completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, and possess several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in Data & Analytics.
• You have in-depth experience in the conception and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions and can connect business requirements with technical solutions.
• You have experience in managing and leading client projects and understand how to successfully manage projects in terms of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• You present yourself confidently and with strong consulting skills to clients, can lead workshops and meetings at the decision-maker level, and build long-term client relationships.
• You have in-depth knowledge of technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, Snowflake, or Databricks, and enjoy using modern technologies strategically.
• You are interested in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Agents, and ideally have experience in conceptualizing AI solutions or implementing them in client projects.
• You think analytically, structurally, and entrepreneurially, recognize potential with clients, and can develop concrete solutions, new consulting approaches, and follow-up business from this.
• You enjoy taking on technical leadership and mentoring, and are keen on developing Consultants and Senior Consultants further, as well as taking responsibility within the team.
• You convince with initiative, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality, enjoy working on complex issues, and have very good German and good English language skills, as well as moderate willingness to travel.
