About the Role Role : Senior Manager/Manager – HR Legal Grade : Senior Manager / Manager Reporting to : Head of HR Legal Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance on employment law matters. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert advice on employment law matters, including employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling. • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives. • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as labor laws, data protection laws, and anti-discrimination laws. • Collaborating with the Head of HR Legal Team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. • Providing guidance on employment law matters to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. • Conducting training sessions for employees and managers on employment law and HR best practices. • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to HR legal matters. • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and implementing necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
