Senior Manager / VP – End User Services (EUC) Planning & Enablement

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced End User Services (EUC) Planning & Enablement Lead to drive regional EUC strategy, service transformation, and digital workplace initiatives across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead End User Services strategy, planning, and service roadmap aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive digital workplace transformation and major EUC initiatives across APAC.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Oversee project delivery, budget planning, governance, and resource management for regional EUC initiatives.
• Lead service improvement programs focused on user experience, collaboration, productivity, security, and operational excellence.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across regional and global teams while leading cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is advantageous).
• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, End User Services, or EUC within a multinational enterprise or financial services environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and driving large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, Windows client security, Zscaler Private Access, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and endpoint security technologies.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through technology transformation and service improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, communication, and project management skills.
• PMP, ITIL, CSM, Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-101) or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
