For an established universal bank in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for a strong personality with shaping power, who will professionalize the strategic leadership and further development of its investments from an ownership perspective.
Senior Manager Corporate Development & Investments (80-100 %)
In this versatile role, you will further develop the investment strategy and translate it into concrete goals and expectations for the individual companies. You will support systematic group management, create transparency and comparability, and develop the investment cockpit beyond pure financial KPIs. You will coordinate the flow of information between the parent company, investments, and supervisory board representatives, and prepare strategic topics and decision-making bases. Issues such as positioning, growth, business model development, succession, or regulatory changes will be put on the agenda early on. At the same time, you will coordinate interfaces with Risk Controlling, Compliance, Accounting, Legal, and other specialist departments.
You have several years of experience in strategic, governance-related, or investment-related tasks and a sound understanding of corporate development, corporate governance, as well as the roles of owner, supervisory board, and management. Your background is ideally in
Corporate Development, Group Strategy, Financial Services Advisory, Auditing
or a comparable environment. A relevant university degree completes your profile.
We are looking for an analytically strong, diplomatic, and at the same time consistent personality with a pronounced implementation orientation. You know how to involve demanding stakeholders, clearly formulate expectations, and constructively drive even uncomfortable topics forward.
