For the further expansion of the Finance organization, a central Senior Manager Treasury is now being sought for the first time.

Your Responsibilities as Senior Manager Treasury

In this newly created role, you will take central responsibility for operational Treasury and, together with Finance Management, develop future-proof structures and processes.

• Liquidity management: Responsibility for daily cash disposition as well as preparation and ongoing updating of operational 13-week and strategic 13-month liquidity planning.

• Cash management: Management of internal and external payment transactions as well as further development of existing cash pooling structures.

• Financing: Administration of intercompany financing as well as structuring and management of external financing and credit lines.

• Bank management: Central point of contact for core banks and financing partners as well as negotiation of suitable financing solutions.

• Guarantee management: Control and management of existing guarantee and surety lines.

• Treasury processes: Analysis and continuous optimization of processes, systems, and cost structures, as well as identification of sensible automation opportunities.

• Interfaces: Close cooperation with Finance Management, Accounting, as well as auditors and tax advisors.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training, a business administration degree with a focus on finance, treasury, or controlling, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in Treasury, Finance, or the banking sector.

• Sound practical knowledge in liquidity management, cash management, and payment transactions.

• Experience with cash pooling, intercompany financing, credit lines, and collaboration with banks.

• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP systems.

• Confident demeanor and secure communication with internal stakeholders, banks, and external partners.

Nice to haves: Every additional piece of knowledge is a plus here

• Experience in optimizing or setting up Treasury processes and structures

• Knowledge of SAP Business One

• Experience with digitalization and automation in the Treasury or Finance area

• Interest in the sensible use of AI within Finance and Treasury
