Our client, located in the heart of Frankfurt, is a German-based company that sets new standards with innovative services and tailored solutions. For the Compensation & Benefits department, we are looking for a personality who not only understands processes but actively shapes them.

You will take over the strategic and operational responsibility for all Compensation & Benefits topics and develop them future-oriented. As the central interface, you will actively shape the company's compensation landscape.

Tasks

Strategic Development:

• Concept and implementation of company-wide salary bands
• Building and introduction of a systematic grading system
• Analysis and evaluation of the current tariff binding
• Unification of salary structures across all locations

Benefits & Processes:

• Strategic further development of the benefits landscape
• Optimization and automation of benefits processing
• Management of occupational pension provision
• Digitalization of compensation processes in Personio

Analysis & Controlling:

• Conduct regular salary analyses
• Preparation of compensation reports and market comparisons
• Use of data analysis tools for informed decisions

Qualification

• Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a production environment
• Fundamental knowledge of salary bands, grading systems, and labor law
• Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength
• Independent working style and advanced project management skills
• Analytical competence and affinity to HR systems (Personio is an advantage)
